How Pricing Works Across Floors & Typologies
Ashiana Advik prices its homes by typology and by floor band rather than a single flat rate, so a unit on a lower floor is priced differently from the same layout on a higher floor. Lavender 1 and Lavender 2 are the 3 BHK options at 1716 sq. ft. and 1575 sq. ft. super area respectively, while Magnolia covers the 2 BHK range between 1262 and 1302 sq. ft., spread across four sub-typologies. This release is Phase III, registered under RERA RAJ/P/2025/4474, priced as on 15th July 2026 — figures are per the developer's rate card and are typically revised as construction progresses, so please treat them as a starting reference and confirm current availability with the sales team before making a decision.
