Reading the Layout
A Plan Built Around Movement, Not Just Blocks
The master plan for Ashiana Advik was drawn less like a typical apartment layout and more like a small township for one age group. G+1 villas sit at the centre of the plot, ringed by stilt+12 floor towers that keep the villa cluster shaded and quiet, while the 29,000 sq. ft. clubhouse anchors the middle of the community so no home is a long walk from it. Around this core, the plan threads eleven distinct precincts — from arrival plazas and a screening lawn to a labyrinth-style introspection sphere and a native-tree forest trail — each assigned a specific everyday use rather than left as generic green space. Phase I, covering the villas and the first ring of towers, is ready to move into; Phase II and Phase III extend the same layout logic outward as construction continues. The section below walks through what each numbered precinct on the site plan is meant for, followed by a phase-wise status table so you know exactly what's built, what's underway, and what's planned next.

What Each Zone Is For
The Eleven Precincts, Explained
South Entry Plaza
The main arrival point on the southern side, with a water feature and seating benches for residents and visitors stepping in from the bypass road.
Food & Fun Precinct
Built around the amphitheatre, this zone combines food kiosks, a screening lawn and a tensile trellis structure for evening gatherings.
Clubhouse Precinct
The dining patio and picnic lawn wrap around the main clubhouse building, keeping communal dining a short step from the club itself.
Clubhouse Arrival Court
A dedicated entry plaza with its own water feature, a summer garden and buggy parking, separating club footfall from residential lanes.
Aqua Zone
The swimming pool, jacuzzi and aqua therapy area sit together with F&B counters and a gathering lawn for poolside downtime.
Games Area
An outdoor zone for lawn ball, croquet and frisbee, with an outdoor gym and picnic tables for casual use through the day.
North Entry Plaza
A second, quieter entry point built around a children's play area, so visiting grandchildren have their own corner near the gate.
Dog Relieving Area
A designated pocket set aside specifically for residents' pets, kept apart from the main walking paths.
Introspection Sphere
A labyrinth, acupressure walk, yoga pavilion and figure-of-8 walking path grouped for slower, reflective movement.
Relaxation Square
A winter garden and flower garden lawn walk, positioned for quiet sitting rather than active use.
Forest Bathing Trail
A patch of native-tree forest with a forest trail and a winding trail, giving the community its own green retreat away from the towers.
