Designed Around a Daily Rhythm
Amenities That Match How the Day Unfolds
Ashiana Advik groups its amenities into what the brochure calls Activescapes — nine named zones that map roughly onto a resident's day, from a morning walk to an evening social gathering, rather than a generic list of facilities scattered across the plot. Mornings lean on the walking tracks and cycling paths; the middle of the day moves through the gardens, forest trail and water features; evenings shift toward the clubhouse, party areas and event spaces. The 29,000 sq. ft. clubhouse itself is split across two floors — ground-floor spaces built for shared meals and hands-on activity, first-floor rooms built for fitness and quieter pursuits like reading or cards. Layered underneath all of it are the age-friendly design details that make daily movement easier without drawing attention to themselves: skid-resistant flooring, rounded wall edges, and an emergency response system wired into every unit. What follows is a closer look at each layer — the Activescapes zones, the clubhouse floor by floor, and the age-friendly features built into the community.
